Sales & Replacement Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. Everything we sell is a digital product delivered to your account the moment payment clears, and once it is delivered we cannot take it back, the capacity is bought and paid for on our side whether you use it or not.
Buy the smallest plan first if you are not sure it fits your setup. Ask in Discord before you buy, not after.
Not refundable, no exceptions
- Data or IPs you have used, in whole or in part.
- Data or IPs you bought and never used.
- An IP getting blocked, banned, flagged, rate-limited or queued by any website. This is normal and constant.
- Missed drops, failed checkouts, lost resale profit, or anything your bot did.
- Buying the wrong product, the wrong quantity, or the wrong location.
- A static-IP subscription renewal that charged you because it was not cancelled before the renewal date. Renewals are automatic and you can stop one at any time from your billing page.
- Losing access to your Discord account.
- Accounts terminated for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy, for fraud, or for a payment dispute.
What we will do instead
We would rather fix the thing than argue about money, so at our sole discretion we may replace or credit:
- Dead on arrival. If static IPs are unusable or don’t geolocate where the listing said, tell us within 1 hour of delivery and we’ll replace them.
- Burned IPs. A blocked IP may get a swap, never money back. Open a ticket in #support and staff will test that IP against the site you are claiming for and swap it if the claim holds up. Swaps are not an allowance and are not automatic.
- Our fault. If the network was down or broken and you can show the failed traffic, we may credit the wasted GB to your balance. That is account credit, never a payment back to your card.
These are goodwill remedies we choose to offer, not entitlements, and offering one in a given case does not oblige us to offer it in another.
How to ask
Open a ticket in our Discord with your username, roughly when you bought, and what went wrong, with evidence if you have it. We answer within 2 business days. The faster you open it, the more we can do.
Chargebacks
Do not file one. A payment dispute is a breach of our terms: the account is terminated, all remaining data and IPs are forfeited, and we submit our access and usage records as evidence. It is slower and worse for you than asking us. Ask us.
